Growth is not forced. It is cultivated.

You cannot yell at a seed and expect it to grow.
You prepare the soil. You provide sunlight, water, air, and nutrients.
You remove what suffocates it. You protect what is emerging.Leadership works the same way.Supporticulture is the intentional design of environments where people and performance grow together.

HOW IT WORKS

Preparation comes from listening and learning. Me listening and learning, and you listening to yourself.

PLANT

Agree to the areas you want to shift, and grow, and craft how we will get there.

GROW

We work together. You gain insights into what nourishes you to meet your goals, and you grow.

APPROACH

We start with an agreement of yes. We believe change is possible.We then build “the business of you”. You come up with your personal mission statement, andyou create a path for your mission.

We establish your goals per quarter, just like a business, and create the plan for you to reach your goals. We review your monthly, quarterly, and annual results. We celebrate your wins, and if there is a miss, we work with you to discover your lessons learned.

Tailoring our work to what resonates with you. I love metaphors, and metaphors are onlypowerful if they are meaningful to you. We take something meaningful to you, whether it’smusic, film, or a variety of hobbies, and we bring that into the work.

When it comes to your development, it’s not just what do I want to do, but what does it look like when I get there? What’s different? What stays the same? Accountability

We agree on milestones, what work needs to be done to move things forward, and how you will commit to the work.

In the coaching room, YOU are the team, and I am the coach of that team. I am not here to give you direction, I am here to help you get to what is the right decision and path for you.
